This seasonally changing and evolving proposal had the honour of welcoming acclaimed Swedish chef, <a href=\"https:\/\/ekstedt.nu\">Niklas Ekstedt<\/a>, for a unique event: A 4 Manos. Dishes such as Flambadou oyster, citrus tomato dashi beef fat and beurre bloc to cold smoked reindeer, morels and wild garlic leaves to Aburi mackerel.
