{"id":27605,"date":"2025-04-24T09:38:09","date_gmt":"2025-04-24T08:38:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/grupodanigarcia.com\/?p=27605"},"modified":"2025-04-24T09:38:11","modified_gmt":"2025-04-24T08:38:11","slug":"tuna-season-at-lobito-de-mar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grupodanigarcia.com\/en\/tuna-season-at-lobito-de-mar\/","title":{"rendered":"Tuna season at Lobito de Mar"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the arrival of spring, the sea comes alive once again in the kitchen.<br>And that can only mean one thing: the\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/grupodanigarcia.com\/en\/ronqueo\/\">tuna season<\/a> at Lobito de Mar<\/strong>\u00a0has begun.<br>A time that marks the culinary calendar in red ink, just like the prized loin of\u00a0<strong>Almadraba bluefin tuna<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From April 23 to June 1,&nbsp;<strong>Lobito de Mar Madrid and Marbella<\/strong>&nbsp;become temples of ocean flavor.<br>Chef Dani Garc\u00eda has created an exclusive menu focused on tuna, with dishes that pay tribute to this extraordinary product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The menu features unique creations such as white loin ceviche and black loin chirashi sushi.<br>Also standing out are dishes like paprika-pickled tuna belly and Andalusian-style braised contramormo.<br>Tuna takes center stage, and every dish showcases its versatility and culinary power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ronqueos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, Grupo Dani Garc\u00eda has prepared two\u00a0<strong>Almadraba wild bluefin tuna ronqueos<\/strong>\u00a0in collaboration with Gadira. Gadira is a benchmark company known for its commitment to sustainable and selective fishing, respectful of the marine environment.<br>The first ronqueo will take place on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.covermanager.com\/reservation\/module_restaurant\/restaurante-tragabuches-marbella\/spanish\/2025-05-09?hour=18:30\">May 9 at\u00a0<strong>Tragabuches Marbella<\/strong><\/a>, in a day that blends sea, land, and tradition.
