On June 2nd, Marbella-born chef Dani Garc\u00eda was one of the main stars of the first edition of\u00a0“Culinary Icons,”<\/strong>\u00a0a unique gastronomic event held at Puente Romano Marbella<\/a> that brought together three global icons of haute cuisine on the same stage:\u00a0Nobu Matsuhisa (Nobu<\/a>), Izu Ani (GAIA<\/a>),<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Dani Garc\u00eda (Le\u00f1a<\/a>).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On this very special occasion, Dani Garc\u00eda served as the local host in the iconic setting of Puente Romano, where he leads\u00a0Le\u00f1a,<\/strong>\u00a0one of his most internationally successful culinary concepts. During this once-in-a-lifetime lunch, the Andalusian chef offered his personal and contemporary take on tuna\u2014the star ingredient of the day\u2014through an exquisite dish of\u00a0tuna parpatana over celeriac<\/a> pur\u00e9e.<\/strong>\u00a0A creation that blended local product with the chef\u2019s technique and sensitivity, it was savored by over\u00a0200 guests<\/strong>\u00a0who filled the recently renovated\u00a0La Plaza<\/strong>\u00a0of the resort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the event, each chef presented a live culinary creation<\/strong> with tuna as the common thread. Meanwhile, their respective teams simultaneously recreated these dishes in each of their restaurants within the complex, resulting in a multisensory, immersive experience<\/strong> that connected guests with each chef\u2019s unique culinary universe\u2014from the plate to the presentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
