Esta evoluci\u00f3n eleva la experiencia gastron\u00f3mica y consolida la visi\u00f3n del chef Dani Garc\u00eda: un steakhouse innovador que une t\u00e9cnica, producto y vanguardia. Le\u00f1a Marbella crece sin perder su esencia, convirti\u00e9ndose en un concepto m\u00e1s amplio, m\u00e1s ambicioso y con m\u00e1s fuego que nunca.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con la llegada de los d\u00edas largos y las noches m\u00e1s bonitas del a\u00f1o, el restaurante da un paso m\u00e1s en su evoluci\u00f3n. Situado en el emblem\u00e1tico hotel Puente Romano, contin\u00faa su crecimiento con una importante ampliaci\u00f3n de su espacio. El nuevo \u00e1rea ocupa el antiguo local de BiBo Marbella, una de las marcas m\u00e1s queridas del grupo. Esta incorporaci\u00f3n refuerza la esencia creativa de Dani Garc\u00eda y la eleva en un entorno m\u00e1s ambicioso, envolvente y espectacular.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La ampliaci\u00f3n a\u00f1ade una capacidad extra para 141 personas, elevando el aforo total del restaurante hasta los 279 comensales. Esta cifra incluye la zona lounge y el bar, dos espacios clave en la experiencia Le\u00f1a. Adem\u00e1s de m\u00e1s espacio, se incorporan novedades importantes, como una barra central imponente que se convierte en el coraz\u00f3n de la sala. Este estudio ha firmado los espacios de Marbella, Madrid, Barcelona y Dub\u00e1i, manteniendo una identidad visual coherente e ic\u00f3nica. El nuevo dise\u00f1o potencia ese lenguaje ya reconocible, haciendo de Le\u00f1a un verdadero referente internacional. Inspirado en lo ancestral y lo primitivo, utiliza materiales como la madera y la piedra. Tambi\u00e9n juega con una paleta crom\u00e1tica dominada por los negros y una iluminaci\u00f3n tenue. Todo ello crea una atm\u00f3sfera sensorial que conecta directamente con la esencia del fuego.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En cuanto a la propuesta gastron\u00f3mica, Le\u00f1a Marbella mantiene su equilibrio entre producto y t\u00e9cnica, con una cocina centrada en el arte de cocinar sobre brasas. En este universo, el fuego es el gran protagonista, realzando los sabores puros con el aroma del humo. La parrilla se transforma verduras, mariscos, pescados y cortes nobles de carne. Todo ello se convierte en una experiencia sensorial completa, en la que cada plato habla con intensidad.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde sus entradas vegetales como el puerro asado o el aguacate de M\u00e1laga a la brasa, la carta es un homenaje al sabor. El pesto de cilantro, el salpic\u00f3n vegetal y el queso feta aportan frescura y contrastes. Tambi\u00e9n brillan los yakipinchos, como el de meatball de pollo con ralladura de lim\u00f3n. Por supuesto, no puede faltar su ic\u00f3nica Burger, un cl\u00e1sico que marc\u00f3 el inicio de todo. Entre los platos principales destacan la lubina a la parrilla o el Tomahawk de ternera.
