Spanish chef Mart\u00edn Berasategui, celebrating 50 years of career, will be honored in a unique event bringing together more than 20 of Spain\u2019s top chefs, reinforcing his role as a key figure in the high-end culinary scene on the Costa del Sol. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
On November 16 and 17, the Marbella resort will host this exceptional gathering, uniting some of the most renowned figures in Spanish cuisine to pay tribute to Berasategui\u2019s legacy and trajectory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In this context, Puente Romano Marbella \u2014 renowned for its gastronomic offering with more than 20 restaurants and bars, including Le\u00f1a, and known for its excellence and culinary variety \u2014 will provide the perfect setting for this unforgettable celebration. Its atmosphere and history as a meeting point for world-famous restaurant brands make it the ideal venue to honor Berasategui.<\/p>\n\n\n

Throughout the event, 19 renowned chefs \u2014 including Albert Adri\u00e0, Francis Paniego, Paco Morales, Paolo Casagrande, Ram\u00f3n Freixa, Ricard Camarena, To\u00f1o P\u00e9rez, Diego Guerrero, Alberto Chicote, Jes\u00fas S\u00e1nchez, \u00c1ngel Le\u00f3n, Samantha Vallejo, Joan Roca, Josean Alija, Marcos Mor\u00e1n, Hermanos Torres, Erlantz Gorostiza, Jos\u00e9 Carlos Garc\u00eda, and Nandu Jubany will join forces to create a special menu designed not only to delight the senses but also to express admiration for Berasategui\u2019s legacy. Each dish will form part of a collective narrative reflecting the diversity, talent, and excellence of contemporary Spanish cuisine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The tribute will begin on Sunday with a private dinner at GAIA restaurant inside Puente Romano Marbella. Chef Izu Ani will personally welcome the chefs for two days of celebrations, offering an intimate prelude to the main event.
