Validity

Experiences are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase (except for special promotions, whose validity will be indicated in each case—most are 3 months).
Once expired, the voucher cannot be used or extended.

Reservation

It is essential to book at least 48 hours in advance, redeeming the code on our website (see image).

The purchase of the voucher does not guarantee availability on a specific date. Reservations are subject to limited availability.
If the desired date is unavailable, the amount paid may be used as a gift card to order from the à la carte menu.

Changes and Cancellations

Modifications or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance (72 hours if the experience includes a hotel stay).
Otherwise, the voucher will be considered redeemed.

How to Enjoy the Experience

• Valid for reservations of up to 4 guests.
• All diners must choose the same menu.
• One voucher per prior reservation is accepted.
• Not combinable with the à la carte menu, other menus, or promotions.
• Not applicable to groups. For events or special celebrations, please check our group menus (special menus for groups).

Adaptations

We can adapt the menu for allergies or intolerances if notified in advance.
Vegetarian or vegan versions are not available; in such cases, the amount may be used as a gift card.
Dishes may vary depending on the season.

Special Dates

Not redeemable on public holidays or special dates (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.), except for specific experiences designed for those occasions.

Use of the Voucher

Valid exclusively at the selected restaurant.
Not cumulative or combinable with other experiences.

Purchase and Refunds

Customers have 14 calendar days to request a refund, provided the experience has not been redeemed.
After this period, refunds will not be accepted.
The voucher is sent to the purchaser, and a change of beneficiary may be requested after purchase.

• Includes two glasses of champagne and a special dessert (except at Smoked Room, which includes a bouquet of flowers and a bottle of Krug).
