Ibiza’s summer season is starting with a whole new culinary beat. This June, Grupo Dani García makes a historic double landing in the Balearic Islands: Leña Ibiza opens its doors on June 5th in Cala Nova, followed by Lobito de Mar Ibiza on June 15th in Playa d’en Bossa.

Lobito de Mar Ibiza lands in one of the most vibrant areas of the island with its refined, bright, and fresh “beach shack without a beach” format, blending seamlessly with the Ibiza summer vibe.

It is a mandatory stop for seafood devotees. The kitchen delivers pure honesty from the sea: selected wild red tuna, crispy Andalusian-style fried fish, and fresh catch of the day straight from the market.

A special mention goes to the main stars: a selection of the best rice dishes in Ibiza, cooked with deeply concentrated broths and an absolutely flawless socarrat that begs you to scrape the pan. The perfect spot for fresh seafood, signature cocktails, and long lunches with no eye on the clock.
