Dani García arrives in Ibiza with the new opening of BIBO Ibiza Bay, an adaptation of its most cosmopolitan project that lands on the island in the emblematic Nobu Ibiza Bay, located on Talamanca beach. Mirroring the rest of the restaurants, BIBO Ibiza Bay will offer a relaxed and informal proposal, where the imagination and creativity of the Malaga chef come together, combining the concept of a brasserie, a tapas bar and a steak house. A casual and traveling concept that captures the most unexpected and unique flavors and products.

This new project arrives on the island in a pop-up format to delight locals and visitors, with a gastronomic proposal that has already conquered cities such as Madrid, Marbella, Tarifa and Doha will reach Miami and other cities around the world in the upcoming months, with the international expansion of this concept.

The most “alive” cuisine of Dani García

The menu brings together dishes that chef Dani Garcia’s gastronomic memory has accumulated thanks to his travels around Spain and worldwide. In addition, he pays tribute on several occasions to his mentor, Joël Robuchon, who has inspired several of his culinary elaborations. This new opening will provide the Ibizan public with the opportunity to taste the most iconic BIBO dishes, such as its famous and well-known oxtail brioche and fried whole sea bass in marinade, among others, in a privileged location on the Mediterranean seafront.

As a novelty for this new opening, Dani García makes reference to Mexico by developing a new section of the menu, together with Abril Chamorro, a Mexican chef who has enjoyed a long career in Grupo Dani García and currently forms part of the R&D team. Dishes full of new flavors that will transport diners to the streets of Mexico with the tastiest recipes from the north of the country.
