  • When do the experiences and gift cards expire?

    They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • If I enter the recipient’s details, will they also receive the information?

    No, only the buyer receives the information.

  • Can I have a physical voucher for the experience I bought?

    Only available for Smoked Room

  • Can I request an invoice for my purchase?

    Yes, send an email to: factura@grupodanigarcia.com

  • How can I validate my voucher?

    On the online booking widget, there’s a field to enter your code. If you have questions, contact: reservas@grupodanigarcia.com

  • Can I purchase an experience for an odd number of people?

    Yes, via bank transfer. Request it at: reservas@grupodanigarcia.com

  • Can the menu be adapted if I have allergies or am pregnant?

    Yes, please mention it when making your reservation.

  • Can I redeem my voucher at a different Dani García restaurant?

    No, vouchers are valid only for the specific restaurant where they were purchased.

  • Can I swap a dish if I don’t like it?

    Only substitutions for allergies or intolerances are allowed.

  • I put my name instead of the recipient’s. Can it be changed?

  • I purchased a voucher for a restaurant in another city by mistake. What can I do?

    Request a refund and purchase the correct one at: reservas@grupodanigarcia.com

  • I have a gift voucher and want to dine with friends—can they order à la carte?

    No, voucher reservations require the entire table to choose the same experience.

  • Can I bring my dog?

    Yes, we’re pet-friendly. You can sit on the terrace or indoors if the pet is in a carrier. In BiBo Tarifa, a carrier is not needed—pets are welcome inside and outside.

  • Can I reserve the Di Rose cake?

    No, it’s not possible to reserve it in advance. We recommend mentioning it at the beginning of your meal.

  • Do you have a dress code?

    Only Smoked Room requires a Smart Dress Code.

  • Do you have parking?

    Yes, at Lobito Marbella and Tragabuches Marbella. Other restaurants offer free valet parking at the door.

  • What’s the nearest metro station?

    Tragabuches Madrid: Lista

  • Can I enter with a car that has an X emissions sticker?

    Please check the regulations on the Community of Madrid website.

  • Do you offer a tasting menu?

    Only available at Smoked Room (Omakase menu).

  • Can I bring children, a stroller, and do you have high chairs?

    Yes, except at Smoked Room.

  • Can I pay for my friends’ or clients’ reservation? How?

    Yes, send an email to: reservas@grupodanigarcia.com

  • Do you have a play area for kids?

    Yes, at Tragabuches Marbella daily, and on weekends with a supervisor.

  • Can I bring my own cake?

    Yes, as long as you bring the purchase receipt for food safety reasons.

  • Can you adapt dishes for allergies/intolerances?

    Yes, we can adapt most dishes, but we don’t offer halal food. Please mention dietary needs when booking or upon arrival.

  • We’re celebrating a birthday/anniversary—do you do anything special?

    Yes! If noted in the reservation, we’ll prepare a greeting card and a candle on the dessert.
