We are celebrating the 8th anniversary of BiBo Madrid! eight years full of flavor, passion and, above all, unforgettable moments that we have shared with all of you. In these years, BiBo has become a gastronomic reference in Madrid, and we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being a fundamental part of this adventure.
In 2016, when we opened our doors for the first time, our goal was clear: to offer a unique dining experience, where every bite told a story and every dish was a celebration. And here we are, eight years later, looking back with pride and forward with enthusiasm.
If there is one thing that defines us, it is our iconic dishes that have left their mark on your palates and hearts. Who could forget the delicious oxtail brioche, a true masterpiece that combines tradition and creativity in every bite? Or the cojonudo brioche, which with its daring name and spectacular taste has conquered the most demanding palates. The Robuchon prawns, with their perfect texture and unparalleled flavor, have been one of the stars of our menu. And, of course, the foie yogurt, a luxury that always reminds us why we love what we do.

But BiBo Madrid is much more than its dishes. It is the atmosphere, the energy, the passionate team that works day and night to make every visit a memorable experience. And, above all, it is you, our dear customers, who have made it possible for BiBo to be what it is today. Without your trust, and without your love for good food, none of this would be possible.
