In 1998 the first restaurant Tragabuches was created in Ronda. His (Dani’s) intention at that time was none other than to make the first restaurant KM.0 where the products acquire all the prominence. 25 years later, we have rescued that same philosophy and returned to Andalucian cooking.
SEA AND MOUNTAIN CUISINE
Tragabuches serves the dishes we have known and eaten all our lives. Each product has a name and surname, as it comes from a specific crop and a special person. With a historical tour of well-known Spanish wines such as Marqués de Murrietas del Castillo Ygay 1925 or CVNE Imperial gran reserve 1928, also offering some more recent ones like Alión 1991.

Our winery is a historical tour of well-known Spanish wines such as Marqués de Murrietas del Castillo Ygay 1925 or CVNE Imperial gran reserve 1928, also offering some more recent ones like Alión 1991. Cocktails are another option of tasting the most creative combinations and getting to know the essence of Tragabuches.
