In 1998, the pioneering gastronomic establishment Tragabuches was born in Ronda (Malaga). Since its creation, the aim was for diners to enjoy the product, being the only protagonist. Twenty-five years later, chef Dani García recovers the essence of Andalusia with his most honest sales.
